I am married to Jennifer (Mishler) Curtis, and the father of 4 – Jessica, Olivia, Caroline, and Ben. I have a strong faith in God and try to reflect my faith in all I do. I love snow-skiing, reading, staying fit, travel and adventure and am an amateur foodie.

I am the owner of Charger Roofing, LLC, a San Antonio-based, veteran-owned roofing company.  Charger Roofing, LLC is a customer-focused company providing a lifetime workmanship warranty and roofing repair / replacement and gutter installation along with affiliated contractor work.  We handle all types of roofs from basic shingles to high-end clay, tile, and metal roofs and commercial including TPO and Gaco.

I am an Associate Broker at Keller Williams and Curtis Team Founder / Owner with a few years (we won’t mention how many) of experience. My passion for real estate goes back to my hometown in Bay City, MI where Central Avenue was lined with beautiful estate homes. As a kid, I marveled at those homes and knew one day I would be in real estate.

I have built a personal residence, renovated investment properties, and hold various investment properties today. I personally have bought and sold multiple properties, so I have first-hand experience as well as helping clients navigate buying and selling land, homes, and a few commercial properties. My team has seen many different scenarios so we can help you navigate the transaction from start to finish whether it’s a buyer’s market or a seller’s market.
