About Jessica Phillips

As a seasoned military spouse of 19 years, Jessica and her husband have bought and sold homes in several states including Washington, California, Alabama, and Texas. As a team, Jessica and her husband also have a few investment homes in some of these states.

She is excited to help her clients discover the same homeownership opportunities and generational wealth-building potential.

Jessica is an experienced REALTOR® and seeks to understand her client’s needs. Before coming to Texas she got her license in Hawaii at Hickam AFB, where her husband was stationed from 2017 – 2020. She then got her Alabama reciprocal license after her family moved to Maxwell AFB, AL in 2020. In Alabama, she helped many families buy and sell their homes during the peak of the housing market. She fought for her clients and was able to get them the house they wanted in a competitive market; For her sellers, she was able to negotiate top dollar for their listings, and their homes sold in the least amount of time. In the Summer of 2022, Jessica and her family moved to San Antonio where her husband is now stationed at Randolph Air Force Base.

Jessica and her husband have 3 children together. They live near the Bulverde area in the foothills of Hill Country. Their lives center around church and school activities. They’re members of Community Bible Church and they facilitate a small group Bible study in their home. Jessica’s faith is essential to her and she seeks to bring that into the center of how she goes about business and life.

Jessica’s hobbies include running, weight training, hiking, sailing, and traveling. She also enjoys interior design and has an eye for organizing, decluttering, and staging homes to SELL!
